Though originally comprised solely of volunteers, each member was distinguished by their unbreakable resolve to assist those in need of aid and their compassion to defend those who could not protect themselves. Since then, Endless Medical Solutions has become infamous for its calm demeanor and unbreakable neutrality, providing medical reinforcement, support, and collaboration to all types of sentients and factions despite the galaxy's general volatile nature.

Like their parent faction Endless Endeavors, Endless Medical Solutions is dedicated to innovation, which is manifested through its passion for revolutionary research to discover new medical technologies and treatment breakthroughs. Like their sibling faction Endless Initiative, Endless Medical Solutions values honor, integrity, and courage, which is visible in its resolve to put patients first through the use of search and rescue operations and by personalizing the treatment of any sentient seeking aid.

Medical training and lessons in self-defense are provided to all members of Endless Medical Solutions. All members are encouraged to not only care for others, but to also care for themselves - to follow their passions and constantly strive for improvement.
