Renowned for its state of the art laboratories and academic training courses, the Bacta Refinement Facility has been used for millennia to refine crude alazhi and other additives into bacta. A significant portion of the facility is devoted to large storage silos, allowing operators to stockpile several months worth of the final product. The Bacta Refinement Facility also offers an internship program to give scientists the necessary training to replicate the process at other facilities.
