The Combine has grown significantly over the years. Some of you have been a part of this sim for a long time and have seen the ebbs and flows of the life of the Combine. Others have only been here a short while, and are just now beginning to experience all that the Combine has to offer. But no matter the length of time you have spent here, you all have something in common: you are part of a community, a family - and families support each other. There are many ways you can support the Combine, but let's first look at how the Combine supports you, the player.

CPs can currently be used to purchase ships, vehicles, range of custom images and even custom items. Ninety-five percent of the Combine's budget since September, 2001 has come from your generous donations, so you can see how important this aspect of helping the sim has become.

What Combine points are (for a more detailed explanation of the CP, refer to the FAQ):

• CPs are Out of Character (OOC) rewards that members receive from the Administration.

• Currency in the Combine universe.

Most simply put, the CP is the way the Administration rewards you, the player, for various activities you do in support of the Combine. CPs can then be exchanged for specific ships, vehicles, droids, etc. that cannot be otherwise produced in-game. The only way to earn CPs is currently to provide OOC work to the Combine.

Combine Points are earned through the following ways:

• Login Bonus
• Joining one of the Teams and providing value.

CPs are rewarded to players for their continued activity, as a result every player with a character will receive a reward of CPs each day they log in. The amount received depends on how many days in a rows they have logged on.

The scale for which is:

• Day 1: 320 CPs
• Day 2: 370 CPs
• Day 3: 420 CPs
• Day 4: 470 CPs
• Day 5: 520 CPs
• Day 6: 570 CPs
• Day 7 and over: 620 CPs

CPs can be used for various kinds of Out Of Character (OOC) services. To exchange your CPs, click on the CP point value on the sidebar below your character's avatar, or click here.

Combine points can be exchanged at the appropriate facilities or space stations for ships, vehicles, boats and submarines, droids, and creatures.

• Ships with landing capacity can be spawned at Landing Pads and Starports.
• Ships without landing capacity can be spawned at Trading Stations, Shipyards, and R&D Stations.
• Vehicles can be spawned at Garages, Hangars, and Starports.
• Boats and submarines can be spawned at Dry Docks, Naval Shipyards, and Ports that are located in a River, Swamp or Ocean city.
• Droids can be spawned in Taverns, Hangars, Shops, Commerce Centers, and Factories.
• Creatures can be spawned at Wildlife Preserves, Zoos, Ranches, and Zoo Stations.

Custom images can be seen as personal paintjobs that you can apply to existing ships, vehicles, items, droids, space stations, NPCs, creatures, and rooms. For more information, see the Custom Image Rules.

While custom images are reskins for existing items, you can also design and submit items for RP purposes. Custom items do not have any in-game function other than RP flair. For more information, see the Custom Item Rules.

Custom NPCs are similar to NPCs with customized images. They are different in that they can have customized speech scripts attached to them, which enables a player to further customize the NPC. You need to be at a Workers Compound to request your custom NPC, but you do not need to wait there once you have requested one. It will spawn at your location once it is approved, even if there is no space in your ship. For more information, see the Custom NPCs Rules.
