A cold rock in the Carida system, Bedara is a planet with a thin, toxic atmosphere. Out of the toxic gases, an icecap has formed that covers a large portion of the surface. Because of the planet's irregular rotation, the ice caps melt and then refreeze, moving slowly eastward.

Without a relatively dense atmosphere, Bedara has little protection against meteorites, and its rocky surface is covered by craters.
