A mid-sized world covered with beautiful, lush grasslands, planet Suurja is a popular vacation spot partly due to its location in the Suurja system -- not too close to the galactic core but not as far into the outer rim. It also helps that Suurja is at a favorable position within the system and is characterized by perfect weather all year round, unlike its smaller brother Suurja I.

Until 50 years ago, Suurja was an agrarian planet providing needed food to nearby systems. However, the agricultural trade eventually dried up and the local inhabitants started to leave for other planets in search of work. Shortly thereafter, a wealthy family purchased large portions of land and began to develop it as their own remote hideaway. They started a trend, however, which gradually turned Suurja into the favored vacation planet it is today. Recently, extensive development has begun to provide further entertainment for the tourists choosing to spend their vacations among the planet's mild grasslands. Some fear, however, that this development may ruin the lush world that they have come to treasure.
