Andelich, the seventh planet in the Honoghr system, is a gas giant composed primarily of hydrogen and helium. Its atmosphere, characterized by violent storms in shades of yellow, red, and orange, is colored by compounds of ammonia, sulfur, and phosphorus. Andelich's immense magnetosphere is known to cause electromagnetic disturbances on the planet Honoghr when their orbits bring them closest to each other, though it also provokes beautiful aurora events. Its strong gravitational pull attracts many stellar bodies, causing asteroid impacts that create vibrant swirls in its atmosphere before becoming part of its core. The largest and longest-lived storm on Andelich, a dark red oval thousands of years old, is known as the "Scar of Remembrance" by the native Noghri of Honoghr.

In the mythology of the Noghri people, Andelich typically represents an "all-father" figure, husband to Fildrost and father of the Noghri species. In the hearth-tales of many native clans, Andelich is said to be a formidable hunter who defeated the last and greatest of an ancient race of woodland creatures by using a young hiaak tree as a weapon. Despite sustaining a deep chest wound, he managed to slay the beast and was later nursed back to health by Fildrost. The scar from this battle remains a symbol of Andelich, who is treasured by his Noghri descendants as the master of the hunt, of resilience, of adaptation, and of weapon manufacture.
