According to the Bimms, Paulking is the god of anger, a bright orange entity that usually sends out massive flares of anger that affect even Bimmisaari. But to the sprites of Paulking IX, the Bimm god of anger is really just their sun.

Paulking is a massive star that is quite visible in the skies of every planet in Centrality. It is mostly known for constantly emitting solar flares throughout the sectors, slightly disturbing hyperspace and sublight travels and knocking out communications every now and then. Paulking is also responsible for lighting the skies of twenty planets within the system.

According to the Planetary Database, Paulking is an "orange-hued sun larger than the greatest planetoids and is more active than a volcano." Nonetheless, the angry and hostile sun is also gentle and kind in giving light to the citizens of its system.
