The tectonic plate activity on the surface of Desargorr II has long caused a great deal of unrest on the planetary surface, as is made clearly evident by the great ranges of mountains at each pole. The megalopolis on the planetary surface is densely populated, despite its being situated within the desert. Most of the fauna on Desargorr II are indigenous to the mountainous areas and have adapted well to their precipitous environments.
