With many highly evolved species of bantha-like creatures, Eriadu is a planet filled with life. The atmosphere is composed primarily of hydrogen, nitrogen, and oxygen, the perfect combination for life to prosper. It is surprising that no intelligent life has evolved upon this planet. Many trees live here, tall, but not in comparison to those found on Kashyyyk, these 100 meter high trees are known as the home of the Eriadian monkey, which has several rare gems that can occasionally be found in their stomach. This is the reason that much of the planet's monkeys are almost extinct. Occasionally though, hunters may find one if they look hard enough. This planet is also filled with oceans that are full of life. The gorgonian whale is known for its massive size, larger than a Victory Star Destroyer, and also for its mild appetite for plankton. Several hundreds of species of plants and coral can be found in the Northern Ocean, such as the nicklent, a small, silver coral that is semi-intelligent.
