Vurdon Ka is a planet with a friendly environment for most species. It has large regions which are covered with grass. These plains still hold the marks of former settlements. A civilization long gone once must have lived here. The few records found indicate that this must have been a very primitive civilization. The swamps on this planet are very dangerous and can only be traversed with great caution. These swamps also must have contributed to the superstitious nature of its former inhabitants, for the chemical activity, even now, causes phenomena that appeal to the imagination. Strange light effects, caused by igniting gasses accompanied by eerie sounds and the creatures that inhabit these swamps must have been terrifying for anyone without modern insight.

Whatever happened to those that once lived here remains a mystery. No evidence of any sudden changes can be found. The available information just ends and no trace of the original inhabitants has yet been found.
