Korda 4 is one of the furthest from the sun in the Korda system. The terrain is completely flat, and this is due (according to scientists) to the planet being relatively new. As such, volcanic activity in the southern hemisphere of the planet is helping to create landmasses and an atmosphere of sorts, though scientists are skeptical if it will be habitable within the next four generations.

Despite this, a small research facility is maintained on the planet to help chart the planet's status and catalog the events taking place, in the hope that it will lend some knowledge to planetary creation, as Korda 4 is commonly regarded as the best example of such a phenomenon.
