Being the lone orbital object in the Teedio System, Teedio Comet is considered immense for a volatile body, which is mostly made up of ice, dust, and rock. The story about Teedio's comet is pretty well known in the Auril Sector; as the comet bears down upon the inner system, Teedio's solar wind releases trapped gasses, sweeping the vapors back into a long tail and thus creating an impressive spectacle. After more than 20,000 years in the Teedio system and over 200 passes around the Teedio's sun, all of the comet's ice has been lost leaving it a rocky object very much like an asteroid in appearance. Ever since being identified, sentients come from all over the galaxy to watch the dazzling object streak through the system every 100 years.
