A hideously burned and scarred planet, Alcrue is ostensibly one of the two most liveable of the planets in its system, but accurately represents the layout of the entire system: barren. It is known for its frequent and violent sandstorms, which, in the past, have covered entire capital-class starships in sand. The sultry atmosphere covering the entire planet does not make for a very inviting environment for space-travelers to consider raising their children in, so it goes relatively untouched; the occasional scouting party sent out once every few decades ensures that it is still as desolate as it was during the last survey.
