The planet Arxian has been colonized for around 85 standard years and is considered to be of secondary importance to its smaller twin. From here the Hapan nobles governed the population of planet Zadaria and developed several large cities to suit the needs of royalty. It is not overly different from other Hapan temperate worlds but was a private retreat for most of the Draconian Union’s high command during the Hapan civil war.

The surface of Arxian is divided into three continents. The western one is called "Zarifa Kantor", while the eastern one is called "Sintra Lentor". The southern continent connects the two with mountains, forests, and grassland and is called "Qal Ciator". In-between them is the ocean called "Natrizax" which is known for its tranquillity. The water comes from "Lake Ci’hani" in the north which was formed by water from melting glaciers.

The population of Arxian is extremely conservative, still building everything in old fashion architecture and many monuments have been raised in honor of dead nobles and times passed. The language spoken is a harsher type of the Hapan language and accentuates the harder sounds.

The planet has a rich animal life and is a popular destination for wealthy hunters. The most famous animal is the Arxian dragon which might have inspired many works of literature, ship names, and family insignias. It resides in the southern Pëntix mountains and feeds on herbivores in surrounding the grassland, shying away from the Hapans and their ships.

The years on Arxian are 1,068 days long as the planet follows a long ecliptic orbit around the star of the system, and the days are only 21 hours. The Arxian population follows four sets of clocks. Arxian, Zadarian, Hapan, and galactic standard.

The planet experiences solar eclipses around four times per year due to the orbit of Sintral. The eclipses last from one to three hours.
