Farghul are also deadly fighters, and cunning criminals, rigging games of chance to their own benefit whenever they can. Curiously, the Farghul have an odd system of honor, and when caught cheating will immediately confess, returning any illegal winnings. However, most races in the known galaxy still consider them criminals, and as such they are barred from many gaming establishments.
The Farghul are a nomadic people, and thus do no have any recognizable government. The lack of a unified government has led to this system being a safe point for any smugglers and pirates working the inner systems of the Farffin Sector, and is one of the reasons the Farghul are so xenophobic. Instead of a strong government there is a collection of very closed and protective Clans or Qua'reesh that provide the amenities of a small society. These Qua'reesh are mainly groups of females and a few males, and are formed solely for reproduction and the protection of young Farghul. Indeed many Farghul males are natural outcasts in their own society, and turn to crime merely to survive.
Recently, outcast Farghul males have begun building cities and forming their own governments. Even trading with other systems in the Farffin Sector. However, because of the continued prescience of many smugglers and pirates in the system, they have not met with much success.
